My Five Goals
GOAL 1: Drink more water.
How am I going to accomplish this goal: I am going to fill my water bottle 4 times and drink it all.
How did I do on this goal: Sometimes I would drink all four and other times I would only drink up to three.
GOAL 2: Eat more fruit.
How am I going to accomplish this goal: I am going to eat at least three fruits a day.
How did I do on this goal: I did great on this goal. I would eat a fruit in between meals.
GOAL 3: Eat more vegetables
How am I going to accomplish this goal: With every meal that I had, I will put vegetables.
How did I do on this goal: I didn’t do too great on this one.
GOAL 4: Go on hikes
How am I going to accomplish this goal: I will go hiking at least once a week.
How did I do on this goal: I did great. I would go hiking on the weekend to new places.
GOAL 5: Sleep for eight hours.
How am I going to accomplish this goal: I am going to be earlier than I normally do.
How did I do on this goal: It was quite difficult accomplishing this because of work, school, and wanting to go out.

Self/Class Evaluation
I feel like I did pretty good on my goals. On some of them I wish I could have done a lot better like eating more vegetables. It made me feel good that I did accomplish these goals. I feel like my goals were realistic enough for me to accomplish and I would have no excuse not to do it.
What I learned in this class is to be a lot more self-confidence and to do my own thing and just worry about myself when dancing. Also, I learned a lot of new music and dance moves. I learned how to more confident and just do my own thing and laugh when I mess up. I also learned to stiffen up a little and shake it up more.
There were some days I did not feel like dancing but after the class ended I would feel great about myself. Sometimes when I would feel a little tired before class or stressed this class was great to give me more energy and less stressed. I had a great time in this class especially when I would laugh at myself for messing up or when I couldn’t do some of the dance moves. But overall it was a great class!
I want to continue taking zumba classes because it’s something I really enjoy more than doing cardio workouts or yoga. I also want to eat a lot better. In the beginning of class I was eating awful and towards the middles I started eating a lot better but now I’m off to not eating so great. I want to get back on track. I also want to go for more runs even if I’m too lazy.

Self/Class Evaluation
